Ask each candidate this question:
“If you are elected to parliament, will you publicly commit to support legislation which will amend the Canada Health Act to include autism treatment (ABA/IBI) under Medicare?”

Steps to follow:

1.  Identify the candidates in your electoral district by going to www.elections.ca and follow their instructions.

2.  Ask each candidate the question by:

  • Meeting with them
  • Having a telephone conversation
  • Exchanging emails

3. Other opportunities to ask candidates the question:

  • Attend all-candidates forums
  • Host along with others parents and supporters “meet and greet” events for each candidate.
  • If you belong to a service club or other not-for-profit organization, encourage them to host an all-candidates meeting.

4. Call Talk Radio when candidates are guests.

Get the message out – ask your riding candidate the following question:

“If you are elected to parliament, will you publicly commit to support legislation which will amend the Canada Health Act to include autism treatment (ABA/IBI) under Medicare?”
